TX3 Method LLC
A grounded framework for recognizing the stories that shape us, translating old protective patterns into truth, and integrating that truth into identity, faith, and forward movement.
This work is for those beginning to question what has been running beneath the surface — the fear, shame, old beliefs, inherited narratives, and protective patterns that once helped them survive but may no longer reflect who they are becoming.
The Book
Not My God is a memoir and spiritual reflection on fear-based belief, identity, nervous system conditioning, and the slow work of returning to personal truth.
The book follows one man’s journey through fear, faith, trauma, deconstruction, and alignment — not as a rejection of God, but as an honest search for the God that remains when fear, shame, guilt, and inherited doctrine are no longer allowed to define the relationship.
What remains when fear is removed from faith?
The answer becomes the foundation for TX3.
The Method
TX3 begins with the understanding that many people are not simply reacting to the present moment. They are reacting to old stories, protective patterns, and nervous system responses formed through experience, fear, shame, guilt, or conditioning.
Notice the emotional signal, reaction, or repeated pattern.
Identify the story beneath the reaction and examine whether it reflects present truth.
Surrender to the truth and choose alignment over the old protective narrative.
Practice the new truth until it becomes part of identity, behavior, and forward movement.
TX3 is not about forcing change. It is about understanding what has been running you, translating it honestly, and learning to live from what is true now.
About Brian
Brian Townsend is the author of Not My God and the creator of the TX3 Method.
His work explores the connection between fear, faith, identity, nervous system conditioning, personal responsibility, and spiritual alignment. After decades of building a life around strength, protection, and performance, Brian began examining the deeper patterns underneath his own story — the old narratives that shaped how he understood God, himself, and the world around him.
TX3 emerged from that process.
